For bigger projects, we offer three roll-off dumpsters, ranging in size from 12 to 20 cubic yards. Each dumpster measures 12’ in length by 8’ in width, with differing heights depending on the volume required.

Max 12

The Max 12 is 4’9” in height and carries up to 12 cubic yards of trash and debris. Our rental price includes up to 3,000 lbs of material. A bin packed full of regular household and yard debris will rarely exceed this weight, although heavy debris like rock or concrete is likely to go over this weight. You can rent a Max 12 for $240 for up to seven days, with a 5 cent per pound surcharge for loads over the 3,000 lbs limit.

Max 15

The Max 15 is for medium to large loads. Equally long and wide as the Max 12, it is seven inches higher, which adds three cubic yards to its capacity. The Max 15 can be rented for up to seven days for $265, and carries about 7.5 pick-up truck loads of trash.

Max 20

For large-scale projects in Highlands Ranch, you need the Max 20, a 20-yard dumpster for loads of around 5,000 lbs – the equivalent of about 10 pick-up truck loads. The dumpster rental cost for the Max 20 is $295 for up to 7 days.
